- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
- PLAYZO reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment Policy

- All prices shown are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
- PLAYZO does not store your card or payment details.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
- Any shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Original invoice or order ID is provided.
Returns are NOT accepted if:
- The product is used, damaged, or missing accessories.
- The product is returned after 7 days.
- Items are marked as non-returnable or purchased on clearance/sale.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from PLAYZO.
Replacements:
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
